Welcome to The City of Goodyear’s Engineering Plan Review Request eForm.  This form will be used to initiate your plan review and will notify the engineering review staff that you are ready to submit plans.  After submitting this form, the email address that was entered into this request form will receive an email invite to the project.  Use the “Upload Procedure” link on the City’s Engineering website for instructions on how to upload your plans.

By submitting this request, the Applicant is agreeing to be financially responsible for the payment of all cost and fees resulting from the submission of this request, including any and all additional cost and fees arising out of the plan review. The Applicant agrees that failure to pay will result in the City’s refusal to release the City’s comments on the plan review until the outstanding balance is paid in full. The Applicant is required to retrieve City comments within thirty days of receipt of notice from the City that the plan review has been completed. Failure to retrieve comments will not relieve the Applicant from the obligation to pay any remaining balance due. The Applicant acknowledges and agrees that any outstanding balance due may be referred to collections, with the Applicant responsible for payment of all collections fees, cost, expenses and attorney fees incurred as a result of the referral.
